Responsibilities:

NO VACATION TIME WILL BE ALLOWED BETWEEN START AND END DATES  Greet Customers  Floor coordination & Triage o Direct Customers: Sales, Support, Accessory need. Capture Needs on Readiness Checklist o Capture customer name, etc if there is a wait o Set expectations about wait time, process, etc o Assist in directing traffic to appropriate areas to get or wait for service o Suggest areas to experience in store such as iPhone, new SmartPhones, Netbooks, Uverse, etc  Exit assistance and salutation  Must be energetic  Must be articulate  Must be personable
