We are a mortgage banker currently serving loan officers nationwide with a variety of Conventional loan programs including Fannie Mae and FHA product types.  Our mortgage banking professionals are fully supported with the latest technology, extensive training and competitive loan programs.

DESCRIPTION:

Retail Loan officer will work for PMC as a direct lender.  This is a huge advantage in this market with borrowers, realtors, and pull-through percentage.  The loan officer will have the ability to close conventional and FHA loans and is not required to have a real estate license utilizing PMC’s CFL license.  Being a direct lender gives you the hands on experience every step of the process.  Our retail division will have marketing material that can be tailored with your own information.  We have a call center that will be launched shortly that will provide leads for inside sales staff.  We will also provide access to online products that can help generate leads, personalize templates, direct you with marketing campaigns, and essentially increase your volume.  Going direct allows you to have delegated underwriting, doc drawing, funding, and access to products not available to wholesale clients such as FHA and MI products.

FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for soliciting residential mortgages from various sources including realtors, builders, financial professionals, past customers and other nontraditional sources; produces high quality loans which meet PMC guidelines while providing excellent customer service.   PMC’s retail guidelines and products are the best in the market.

• Develop and cultivate self generated referral sources
• Work together with your processor to maintain an active pipeline
• Maintain a pull-through of at least 70%
• Work with management to set and achieve monthly goals and meet with potential clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a previous knowledge of the real estate industry
• Previous retail experience recommended but not required
• Must fund a total of 2 units or $400,000 per month
• Knowledge of the Downey and surrounding cities
• Conventional and FHA knowledge
• Must be highly motivated and determined to succeed
• Spanish speaking plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

As a Retail Loan Officer your pay will be based off your volume.
