Information Security / System/Network Engineer

NetCentric Technology, Inc. is a dynamic information technology corporation located in Monmouth County, New Jersey and Aberdeen, Maryland, specializing in System Engineering, Network and Communication Design & Security Engineering. We are seeking engineering professionals to fill the following positions:

Information Security Engineer and System/Network Engineer

Information Security Engineer:

Define and document future operational architectures for the DoD using the client*s C4ISR framework. Develop and recommend integrated security system solutions that will ensure confidential data and systems are protected. Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Interface with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs. Demonstrate expert knowledge of multi-discipline security and integration of that discipline for security and program protection planning for major defense acquisition program. Computer network (i.e. INFOSEC) and security communications experience desired. 

System/Network Engineer:

Perform complex tasks associated with the development of system architectures for emerging communications and network systems. Assist in the network design, performance analysis and in-network management of ad-hoc wireless networks. Experience in system engineering and design for satellite- based communications is a plus. Primary tasks will be to evaluate system requirements and capabilities, perform network/communication engineering, system and sub-system interface and control. Must be able to analyze current DoD network technology, architecture, policy and standards and arrive at engineering solutions.  Opening exists in the Aberdeen, Maryland area.

Information Security Engineer:

Education and/or certifications required and a B.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent is also required.

Education and/or certifications required and a B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or equivalent is also required.
