Merrill Corporation is seeking a part-time, experienced Marketing Communications Writer, with plenty of natural talent, to join or St. Paul Corporate Marketing department. This individual will contribute to all company marketing efforts with a focus on writing clear, persuasive, original, results-driven copy for sales collateral, case studies, direct mail, whitepapers, sales tools, presentations, press releases, email marketing and web copy while consistently applying the Merrill voice.
The successful candidate will be process-oriented, well organized and a quick study with above average writing skills. Strong work ethic with a bias towards action and results, successfully prioritizing and managing several projects at once, working independently under deadlines and pressure. Must be able to think like a marketer, write creatively and present skillfully.
In addition to being an exceptional writer, you must be able to effectively collaborate with clients, design teams, and web developers. You must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork and exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills are a must.
