PRN Psych RN needed in our home health care agency in Nashville. This is a field position requiring local travel to patient's homes. Prior psych nursing experience is required.

We offer a terrific per visit rate, flexible scheduling and generous mileage reimbursement.

This position is responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality skilled services.

Facilitates communication and coordination of care between clients, families, caregivers, physicians and other service providers as necessary.

Assures current and accurate clinical records in compliance with documentation requirements and program specific rules for coverage and qualifying criteria.
