Equity Building:
We provide our Agency Managers with a number of ways to attain their financial goals. You will be able to significantly increase your income by earning a Life and or Profitability Bonus. In addition, by increasing the size of your agency you can develop substantial monetary value which we call “contract value”. Unlike other insurance companies, you will be able to pass your business along to an approved family member, or, Farmers will buy you out of your Contract Value when you choose to retire or move on.
