Customer Support Team Leader

Tait Radio Communications is seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to join our team in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary
The primary accountability will be to provide after sales technical support through the Customer Support Team. You will also contribute to the development of a technical support strategy and in the implementation of that strategy, in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the company. The Customer Support Team provides support to Tait customers for all standard Tait products and approved 3rd party products. Customer support functions include answering technical inquiries, fault finding, issue resolution, providing technical information, developing and setting support standards, providing support tools and on-line support, managing manufacturer’s warranty, managing an accredited service center program, and providing and fulfilling support contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and processing orders
  • Make sure that customers are provided with prompt and accurate information regarding Tait product and services
  • Mentor the Customer Support team and ensure the high standard of service is maintained
  • Requirements We require someone who is passionate about and already experienced in delivering a memorable customer service experience and who can teach this to others because this job is about building trusting relationships and providing a high standard of service.

  • Experience:

    Radio systems experience is preferred, however we will consider applicants who may not have hands on experience with our products but have demonstrated sound leadership skills in a service and support role. Appropriate training will be provided.
