Description
TransAmerican, a major supplier of steel poles, seeks an experienced, dynamic, INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT to assist the Engineering department by providing daily support for their growing needs.
Responsibilities:
*Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
*Process and distribute quotes, and daily reports using Excel
*Follow up with internal staff to insure orders are processed in a timely manner
*Manage various administrative support tasks as necessary
Requirements
1. - Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
2. - Detailed oriented "Energetic" Go-getter attitude is a must
3. - Full domain of the English language.
4. - At least 1 year prior experience in sales type environment.
5. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
6. - Knowledge of basic Excel functions, such as entering formulas for the basic arithmetical functions (Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). This is an essential requirement.
7. - Knowledge of basic trigonometry.
8.-Good domain of Word, Outlook and Microsoft office in general.
9.-Candidate will be working in a very fast pace environment with a lot of activity going on.
