Northwest Passage is a mental health agency that provides intensive, residential treatment programming to males and females ages 12-17 as well as inpatient clinical assessment to school-aged children.

 

As a therapist with Northwest Passage, you will work directly with adolescents as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team treating emotional and behavioral disorders.  You will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to clients in our residential programs.  You will devise treatment strategies and work with the multidisciplinary team to continually review the treatment plans.

Requirements

Masters Degree -- related field – Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling.

While candidates who have completed 3,000 post-graduate supervised hours are preferred, Masters graduates who have not yet completed their supervised hours are also encouraged to apply. 

In this Clinical/Therapist position you will:


  • Complete intake and initial assessment evaluations,
  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive treatment plan
  • Conduct weekly individual and/or family sessions
  • Design creative, thorough discharge/aftercare recommendations and plans
  • Provide guidance for Bachelor’s level mental health professionals.
