Requirements
Initial Outfitting (I/O) project management includes the development of
· Transition/relocation plans and schedules, an I/O budget, master product/supply lists and public relations plans for initiatives that include Resource Protection, Communications, Medical Equipment, Furniture & Furnishings, Office Equipment & Computer Systems and Artwork among others.
· Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal team members as will as end Users during the coordination and planning process.
· Responsible for controlling the cost, schedule, quality, scope and risk of each initial outfitting initiative.
· Must have past experience performing similar functions.
· Need to have a full understanding of the construction industry and understanding of RFP’s and scope of work.
