Job Description 

 

RECRUITER/Staffing Specialist  needed for our growing Nursing/Therapy/division.



Looking for an experienced and qualified individual that is highly motivated and possess a strong desire to succeed.  We are interested in well organized team players who are creative thinkers and ready to find new candidates.  Someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, lots of ambition and is looking to be part of something special.

Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Early day on Friday!)

The primary responsibilities include:

*Recruit and staff skilled industry professionals, experienced nurses, therapists and pharmacists, through heavy phone usage, in excess of 200 outbound calls per day. Recruitment sales consists mainly of COLD CALLING, although avenues such as job boards, referrals, and additional resources are also utilized.

*Build and maintain solid employee and client relationships.

*Develop and grow within this position by consistently meeting target growth goals.

*Resolve all issues concerning employees and clients through the use of excellent customer service skills.

*Complete all required recruitment or staffing reports and documentation by weekly deadlines.

Job Requirements 

 

EXPERIENCED, SUCCESSFUL, ENERGETIC AND FOCUSED INDIVIDUALS ONLY

  • 1 YEAR minimum staffing experience in a highly productive environment preferred.
  • Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly productive environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Possess the desire to succeed.
  • Mandatory 2 years experience in the customer service industry.
  • Must be able to work 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Must enjoy making large volume of daily outbound calls.  200+
