We are currently seeking a Director of Resident Services who will be responsible for the quality, therapeutic value, regulatory compliance, and supervision of all aspects of planning and facilitating activities, events and wellness programs for the Independent Residents. The Director of Resident Services will work in coordination with all the Activity Directors in each level of care at the Village. The Director of Resident Services will be actively involved with Residents and focus on Resident satisfaction and will oversee all areas of service provided to the residents, such as transportation, concierge, beauty salons.

Requirements

• Desire to serve the senior population
• The successful candidate will be experienced in social services and/or recreational therapy.
•  Proven Supervisory experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
