Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Therapist is responsible for the implementation and documentation of a complete clinical therapy program. The LCT will conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for each resident placed under specialized care. The LCT will incorporate such treatment into each resident’s comprehensive care plan in consultation with the Case Manager. Other duties include ensuring that clinical therapy programs are delivered in a manner that satisfies contractual, legal, and ethical requirements. The LCT will also provide case review meetings with timely and accurate reports to the Case Manager and members of the treatment team regarding each resident’s clinical therapy progress.
 

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must have a Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field. The selected candidate must be an affiliate or clinical member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and licensed or be licensed eligible in Florida as a Clinical Psychologist (LCP) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior experience working with sexual offenders and an understanding of the dynamics of sexual deviance is strongly preferred.


Must be able to pass background investigation,  drug screen and medical evaluation.
