Description of Call Center - Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative you will work with credit union members to address all of their concerns in a comprehensive and expedient manner. You must be able to multi-task during calls, navigating computer systems to find their information, and determine their needs, while simultaneously building a relationship with the member. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and attaining all required performance metrics.
You will also be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling current members that have already purchased products from PFP. You will earn a competitive base salary, plus a Multi-level bonus based on sales.
Responsibilities of Call Center - Customer Service Representative:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls to meet all of the customer’s needs using company phone and computer systems;
- Complete all designated paperwork accurately and within required timeframes;
- Communicate regularly with the team and all levels of management regarding customer concerns;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, carriers and credit unions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Achieve/Exceed monthly sales and retention objectives as determined by the Focus Plan.

Training Includes:
- Instructor led classroom sessions
- Product training
- Question-based selling seminar
- One-on-One coaching with our Corporate Trainer to pass the State of CT Life and Health exam
Requirements
Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Requirements for Call Center - Customer Service Representative :
- B.A./B.S. Degree or the equivalent in related experience .
- Heavy phone - customer contact experience, call center experience preferred .
- Strong communication skills are required .
- Ability to work flexible hours .
