Description We're one of the leading L/T Care companies in the country with several hundred + centers that provide the best in clinical care outcomes to residents. Our NE Division, known for it's track record of low turnover and ACHA Award winners, requires a Division Director/VP of Sales that will develop strategic sales & marketing plans, promoting our state-of-the-art rehab-care and nationally known level of customers service.

Specifically, you'll achieve your sales objectives with the help of a team of Regional Sales & Marketing Managers and local center-based sales personnel. We're not looking for a Sales & Marketing executive that is locked in "maintenance-mode"; we're looking for an energetic/proactive sales leader who will be motivated by change and the excitement of building our division's revenue stream to its previous level of excellence.

Our senior sales executive must be able to create new relationships with insurance, financial, legal and medical professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners and other community based referral sources which will result in an equitable patient mix.

Our Division Sales Director will develop sales and management training programs to provide our sales and sales managers with the tools to achieve their growth objectives. In recognition for your success, our company's size and diversification will provide you with more growth options that help you move up in your career.
Requirements You must have experience managing a team of sales/marketing personnel. You must also have previous sales management experience within the Long Term care industry. You should have knowledge of federal and state reimbursement programs (Medicare/Medicaid).

We're looking for a "Change-Management" oriented sales executive that will develop the necessary strategic plans that will increase the quality of our patient mix and our bottom-line.
