BFG Supply Co., the leading distributor of horticultural supplies in the Midwest, seeks to fill a key Sales Management position.  This position will report to the RVP of Sales and must be a motivated self-starter that is results driven.  The role will have supervisory responsibility for sales reps in a 7 state area, as well as maintaining key account responsibility.

 

Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to  building and executing a regional sales plan, setting expectations by sales rep including sales and margin goals, and tracking and maintain performance to these goals.  Sales rep coaching and training is a key component of this position and travel is expected to be about 60% with some overnight travel.

Requirements Applicant must have 3 plus years of sales management experience and proven leadership with demonstrated results.
