Job Description 

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for collecting referral and insurance information for new patients and then entering their demographic information.  They will also assist in enrollment,  conduct both inbound and outbound calling and communicate with internal and external customers. The call center representative must be able to effectively deal with difficult customers.  We are looking for candidates who can meet goals, provide a great impression over the phone, and handle every call with patience and willingness to help members.  Experience in a healthcare call center is preferred, but not required.

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment.  Ability to handle inbound calls and demonstrate strong customer service in every call.  Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.   Knowledge of basic third party insurance and third party terms and medical terminology is preferred.  Attention to detail and ability to remain helpful and pleasant over the phone is essential.
