Vascular Sonographer
Position Overview:
The team meets every morning at the company van. The meeting time varies slightly depending on which area the team will be traveling to for the day. All 5-6 team members drive together in the team van to the screening location, usually arriving on site by 8:30 am. All of the equipment is then set up at the facility (mobile ultrasound machines, privacy screens, etc) in preparation for the participants to arrive. The appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00-4:00. At the end of the day the team reloads the van and prepares to head home back to the designated meeting location.
Must be available for 1-2 overnight trips /month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular screenings: Carotid Artery, Abdominal Aorta, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis
- Manage daily staffing needs and flow of screening event
- Prepare daily paperwork for payroll processing
