We are looking for a Director of Business Development for our Managed Services Offering to join our Overland Park headquarters. This position will act in a consultative selling capacity and cultivate deals through the development of strategic relationships with clients to create workforce managed services solutions deployed on our vendor managed services offerings. Selling primarily to new clients, the position will require experience with developing new pipelines of business within the Healthcare industry.
We’re looking of top sales talent, who are driven, have passion for connecting with customers and have a proven track record of high performance and solution-based sales strategy.
Primary Job responsibilities:
-Cultivate relationships with clients and develop innovative solutions to maximize results through creative sales and account prospecting.
-Prioritize and manage multiple relationships and responsibilities.
-The ability to thoroughly understand the client’s business model, processes and trends within the industry, and participate with our senior management team to expand our service offering.
-Draft new business sales proposals
-Close the Sale on new business prospects
