Role Responsibilties:

Analyze costs for assigned area (overhead costs, launch costs, salary & benefit costs, etc.)

Analyze processes and costs, identify potential for improvements and derive recommendations for optimization and savings initiatives
-
Develop and improve Controlling tools and reports
-
Coordinate and prepare budget for assigned area
-
Prepare reports for management
-
Participate in capital budgeting projects (make-or-buy calculations)
-
Participate in overarching projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
Years of experience: 5-8 years of professional work experience in manufacturing controlling.

Education Required: 4 year Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering
4 year Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering
Desired: Master‘s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering
