Description
Our Client, an industry leader in floor care, has enlisted Campaigners, a division of Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC (ASM) to handpick a team of SALES-focused Weekend Warriors (WW) to drive real, measurable sales growth of its newly launched vacuum line of products at select retail locations.
Incentive/Bonus Earning Opportunity:
In addition to the hourly rate offered, we believe in rewarding results and outstanding execution. An aggressive sales incentive plan is in place to motivate and reward top performers. Incentive opportunities include hourly pay rate increases, weekly product prizes and weekly cash incentives.
Job Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Sales: Enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers. Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials (provided).
- Training: Responsible to train Retail Sales Associates on clients’ products and product benefits. Generate positive PR and Brand Awareness in-store. Ensure clients’ product is “Top of Mind" among Store Associates. Increase Sales Associate recommendation of clients’ product.
- Relationship Building: Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with Campaigners management team, Retail Sales Associates, Retail Management Team and Customers.
- Administration/Reporting: Must complete accurate and timely HR paperwork and reports online; call reports, expense reports (if applicable), training certification quizzes, etc... Participate in mandatory conference calls (paid).
Must be available: Every Saturday and Sunday (Friday Evenings may be required periodically). Required minimum of 8-hours per week (4 hrs per shift) depending on territory/store list (subject to increase/change as needed) from November 7th, 2009 thru December 20th, 2009.

- Acts as a strategic client advisor to store management to enhance retail relationships

Technical Requirements:
- Must be Internet savvy with access to a computer – broadband preferred
- Reliable transportation; i.e. personal car for transportation to stores/events/meetings
- General familiarity with vacuums, floor care products, and accessories
Physical Requirement:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without limitations and ability to stand for more than 5 hours at a time
- Must be capable of bending and kneeling to demonstrate the moving parts of the vacuum cleaner, reaching and lifting to take the demo unit off the shelf and return to the shelf when done, squatting for short periods of time to remove and replace components of various SKU’s in order to demonstrate the product functionality appropriately
Candidates must possess the following: High school diploma or G.E.D., 18 years of age, valid social security number, legal authority to work in the United States, ability to pass drug-screen and background tests and a willingness to travel (this position may require traveling to specific sites).
