The Internet Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
- Handling and following up on all incoming email and phone inquiries
- Communicating promptly with internet customers and prospect (phone, email, or in person)
- Contacting our existing customer base periodically
- Creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships and CSI
- Checking email frequently and responding with a clear, concise message
- Knowledge of our product line and used vehicle inventory
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles
- Increasing conversions from leads to shown appointments
- Selling vehicles to customers
