The candidate will be required to perform administrative functions such as creating reports using Excel, conducting audit checks, investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution, financial transfers and account documentation. Applicants can expect to be both challenged and given freedom in choosing how to meet goals we provide.
Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to the following):
- Investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution, financial transfers and account documentation (Auditing Client Accounts)
- Creating reports for the sales management team using Excel and internal systems
- Performing administrative functions: printing sales meeting materials, creating presentations, scheduling meetings for the department, etc.
- Assigning tasks using our Sales Force system
Location: Plano, TX
Compensation: $12 an hour [NON-NEGOTIABLE]
Hours: Flexible between 7 AM-5 PM (Mon-Fri)
Part time: 15-20 hours per week
