Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing for over 35 years, is currently seeking an Account Manager / Recruiter to develop our Dallas Allied Division. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance & grow with an excellent company.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assisting in the growth of our well established Dallas Staffing Office by adding a line of business to current Hospital clients (including the largest system in DFW); and creating new ones with local Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Clinics. You will be at the forefront maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
We’re not only interested in what you have done but what you are capable of doing. This special individual needs to be compassionate to the needs of our employees, while being strong at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently. Should have at least 2 years of recruiting and business development. This is a perfect position for candidates with previous experience in Allied or Nursing, per diem or travel staffing. We aren’t looking for the average individual but the best of the best.
