Job Description 

Front Desk Representative

 

 At Radisson, our Front Desk representative is a key player in overall guest service and satisfaction.  The Front Desk team is the first impression our customers have when calling or arriving at our hotel.  We are looking for a warm and friendly welcome to the guest in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

Part Time (20-30 hours)

Radisson Hotel – Nashville Airport

 


Job Requirements 

Requirements: 

 

  • Energetic, self motivated and organized

     

  • High School graduate, some college preferred

     

  • Excellent communication/customer service skills

     

     

  • Accuracy in cash/credit card handling

     

     

  • Able to work a flexible schedule a MUST
