Part-Time Call Center Representative
For over 30 years, Ross Medical Education Center has been affecting the lives of people wanting to start a career in the allied health industry. Our success has led us to expand our Call Center capabilities.
If talking on the phone, emailing, and changing lives sounds like the type of work that you would enjoy, Ross is the place for you! As a Call Center Representative, you will be in our call center following-up by phone with prospective Ross students who have contacted us regarding our programs. You may also use email to reach customers not available by phone. This is a sales position with no cold calling and is an excellent job for those who are independent go-getters with the ability to follow company policy and procedure.
This is a perfect position for someone looking to supplement his or her current income or in need of a part time position (From 2:30-8:30 pm. 18-24 hours per week). We offer our employees:

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+year work experience in a customer service, sales or call center. Transferable jobs might be restaurant or fast food waitstaff or host/hostess; service centers for warranties, cell phones, cable; hotel/motel services; telemarketing or collections and others.
- Excellent phone voice and etiquette required. Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
- Strong computer technology skills required – Internet, email, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
