We are currently seeking a “Sanitation Working Lead" for our Eagan, Minnesota facility.
Essential Functions (not inclusive) of this position
- Responsible for assisting the Sanitation Supervisor with monitoring, training, cleaning and working with sanitation associates on the respective shift and ensuring all associates are following Best Brands Corp. Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Ensures all associates duties are in compliance with Company, Local, State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations, including using all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within area of responsibility. (E.g. HACCP, Safety, GMP’s, Color Code Policy, etc.)
- Exhibit desirable and appropriate professional behavior including integrity, ability to learn, results orientation, ability to interact effectively with others, team playing, sense of urgency and a quality focus to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of company and department goals.
- Must complete yearly AIB GMP training, and is recommended to complete one AIB course a year.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the work day
Must Haves:

Food manufacturing experience (Sanitation and/or Production);

Dependable with the ability to work weekends and holidays;

Good computer and math skills;

Past experience as a Lead;

Excellent leadership and communication skills, both oral and written;
