THE OUTSOURCE GROUP is a rapidly growing Receivables Management Company. We are experiencing continued growth and adding to our team of Bad Debt Collectors in our Columbia, MO office because of new business.

Collector Responsibilities Include:

Working with debtors in resolving outstanding issues.
Securing payment arrangements on monies owed.
Processing payment information via the telephone.
Resolving disputes and maintaining accurate records within our collections system.

Requirements

Collector Requirements Include:

We currently seek self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with previous experience in consumer collections.
A full understanding of FDCPA and FCRA guidelines.
A working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and familiarity with a dialer environment is a plus.
