Large Electrical Distributor seeking Director of Project Mgmt

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic person to lead, direct and manage the work of all project managers. This person will have financial responsibility of all project business and must develop and maintain long term business relationships.
The qualified person will develop project management processes to increase sales volume and profit, effectively evaluate and distribute a project in a timeframe that will ensure completion of the project by the established deadlines, identify and communicate potential issues during the evaluation process, meet with and assist project managers in resolving discrepancies, disputes and problems with customers and vendors, make certain that the job closeout is complete per established policy, communicate with Senior Management and provide reports and summaries of project status, create a training program for the professional development of project management staff and conduct annual written performance reviews with project management staff.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
3 to 5 years Management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong process and financial background
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish established goals
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel both internally and externally
