At Westwood Care & Rehabilitation Center, an 85 bed skilled nursing facility, you will work with sub-acute & long term populations. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the needs of patients and formulating treatment plans.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited OT program and state licensure.
