 Full Time / Part Time  Customer Care Representative


We are currently looking for seasoned, call center professionals to work within our call center and assist in building our team as we expand into new clients and industries.

Initial responsibilities will include:

 

  • Call center operations. This position will manage a portfolio of inbound/outbound calls to drive client collections and customer inquiries.
  • Call center collections.  This position will work with customers to accurately capture payment information and ensure all data is entered accurately.
  • Customer Care.  This position will work within CPA’s operational guidelines to ensure that all calls are handled courteously and promptly.

 

Requirements
  • Individuals will have at least three years of call center collections experience.
  • Individuals must be courteous, professional, hands-on customer care specialists that will contribute to CPA’s outstanding reputation for customer care and professionalism.
