The success of our business lies in our ability to serve our customers. HFS is seeking a motivated individual capable of handling large volumes of work with a high level of accuracy. This person must be a quick learner, self-motivated, and detail oriented. The position will support the satisfaction goals of other departments by providing support to coworkers and clients. They will continually develop professional skills and update knowledge as new regulations are announced. Position requires resourcefulness, a pleasant demeanor, and thorough understanding of Flexible Spending Administration.

Requirements
 Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of business experience. Benefits or Flex Processing background strongly preferred. Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products required. Knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Attention to detail required. Flexibility to work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently with limited supervision.
