HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Qualifications:
· Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Good communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
Position:
· Assist in the recruiting process
· Provide support for benefits open enrollment and benefits administration.
· Assist human resources department with special projects as necessary.
· Update and maintain personnel files and HR records.
· Process employment/benefits paperwork.
· Post and maintain all job openings on internal and external bulletin boards.
· Assist in the administration of t he Service Award Program
· Assist human resources department with data entry, filing and other activities
