Field Rep/Collections



National Mortgage Company has full time, entry-level positions to handle mortgage collections and service work (portfolio management).  Background in collections, consumer lending or rent-to-own field helpful. Competitive salary, auto advance, ability to relocate after training is required - we promote from within.  Position requires working extended hours and clean reliable transportation.



 

Scope Data/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to drive long distances.


Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:
  • Requires a high school education or the equivalent which will provide the ability to read, write, understand, and apply instructions to assigned to activities.
  • One year of experience in collection or sales work is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to establish own work schedule within Company guidelines because position will have a minimum of supervision after initial training.
  • Must be able to communicate with customers in a manner which exudes self-confidence and even temperament.
