Owner/Operator Responsibilities:

• Full time commitment to operate a Grocery Outlet store and support the Grocery Outlet brand
• Passion to grow sales and control costs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to identify, hire, and train talent
• Be an integral part of the local community
• Provide financing for working capital, specific assets, and a security deposit
• Adherence to terms and conditions of our Operator Agreement

• 5 yrs or More of Retail Store ManagerExperience-Grocery Preferred
• Some College Education Desired
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Proven Experience in Selling and Merchandising
• Proven Computer & Basic Financial/Accounting Skills
• Must have P&L statement experience
• Willing to Relocate
