We are currently looking for 215 Licensed Health Agents (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) to provide sales support for our clients!!
Requirements
Duties/Requirements:
*Agent must possess knowledge and clear understanding of various Medicare products.
*Agent should have some level of experience in Call Center environments or some level of phone experience/training.
*Agent should possess a sales background and have had some level of sales training.
*Agent must maintain a Sales Performance/Conversion Rate that either meets or exceeds established client/team goals.
*Agent must maintain call quality call scores that either meets or exceeds established client/team goals.
*Agent must adhere to established company Policies/Procedures/Guidelines as set forth in Connextions Employee Handbook.
*Agent must be able to adapt to an established culture/work environment that is consistent with Connextions and Client expectations.
*Agent must be able to comply with State and CMS guidelines.
*Agent’s work ethics must be of high standards.
