ValueCentric, LLC. is the market leader in providing real-time data management and performance analytics to the pharmaceutical industry. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our Customer Support team. The Analyst will support ValueCentric’s ValueTrak suite of products to our world-class pharmaceutical customers. Our sample clients include: AstraZeneca, Bayer Healthcare, Procter & Gamble, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with customers and pharmaceutical wholesalers to proactively identify potential problems and rectify existing problems.
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationship skills. Work to solicit customer feedback, suggestions, etc. and present them to the Customer Support Manager on a continual basis.
  • Assist Implementation team with data interface and format conversions.
  • Work with customers to implement additional trading partners following their initial implementation.
  • Proactively monitor customer environments to identify potential problems and work with IT department to resolve issues.
  • We are looking for highly motivated, self starter individuals who are able to monitor data receipt and perform analysis necessary to resolve data issues. Ability to communicate in a professional manner and use common sense to resolve customer issues is essential. Strong PC skills are required to provide technical support to the customer.
Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent customer support experience.
  • Strong PC skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word).
  • 3-5 years customer support experience in a technical environment.
  • EDI experience.
