Inbound Sales Supervisor
Asset Marketing Services, Inc is a national multi-million dollar direct response company specializing in collectible coins, watches, jewelry & other innovative consumer products from around the world. Due to exciting growth opportunities we are currently hiring for a Inbound Sales Supervisor.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with the ability to train and motivate others to reach business unit goals. Qualifications include: 2-4 years of progressive hands on, Inbound Sales/Call Center management and supervisory experience. Previous catalog sales experience preferred, but not required. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a must. As an Inbound Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible in leading and motivating a sales team of 20-30 people. You will hire, train and mentor our Inbound Sales staff.
PC Microsoft Suites experience required, 4-year degree preferred.
