SAP Business Warehouse Analyst

ClientSolv is a Colorado-based consulting and information systems service organization specializing in eBusiness solutions, IT staff augmentation as well as providing resources and solutions for our clients.

3 to 5 years SAP BW experience with a solid understanding of the design and development of BW objects (info objects, business content, info sources, info cubes, data store objects, data targets, data transformation process and process chains).

Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BW

• Expert with infocubes, extracting data, populating cubes, BI (Bex Analyzer)

• Experience with Data Management techniques
• Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and functional modules
• Ability to design & model complex BW requirements

• Ability to interface BW with SAP & non-SAP solutions

• Knowledge of DB connect, Open hub, Info-spoke technology

• Proficiency in BW reporting

• Understanding of EDW, real/non-real time remote connection(s) in BW.

• Experience with Business Objects reporting tools a plus.

• Strong conceptual, communications, and technical skills.

• Requires ability and willingness to head/work multiple projects at one time.

• Required ability to nurture, educate, and train others.

• Demonstrated ability to direct many phases of complex projects.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Requires an in-depth knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling and database design skills.

• Demonstrates complete understanding of entire development process including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.

• Demonstrated ability to implement ETL solutions.

• Requires an in-depth knowledge of performance tuning of database queries.

• Requires an in-depth knowledge of Metadata management.

• Ensures that development methodologies and ITS standards and procedures are followed.
