Candidates will be responsible for providing support to providers and pharmacy members in a phone-based environment. Issues will range in complexity and include benefit coverage, insurance claims, and pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, punctual, and a team player with pharmacy benefits management customer service experience.
