Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, train and develop the best personnel.
• Coach and develop a successful team of co-workers that consistently surpass our customers’ needs with excellent service.
• Collaborate with District Supervisor to diagnose and solve issues. Identify trends and develop targets for the betterment of the organization.
• Provide co-workers with knowledge and information in a caring and charismatic environment.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
• Assess store condition and customer service levels.
• Manage controllable cost by educating staff on procedures for reducing inventory shrink, managing salary, cash, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses.
• Exhibit the ability to be an active listener. Responding appropriately through words and actions.
• Maximize store sales with merchandise programs, schematics, point-of-sale materials, and plus selling programs.
• Use windows based PC systems, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook for e-mail.
