We are working with one of our partner companies in seeking Customer Service/Tech Support Reps in Carmel, IN.  We are looking for individuals with dedication and customer service experience.

Job Description:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

Responsibilities will include:

• Works in a positive, team oriented, and structured environment

• Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls

• Provide technical support and customer service to callers

• Promote organization’s products and services

Qualifications will include: 

• Minimum 1 year of customer service call center experience

• Experience in technical support preferred

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong technical aptitude

• Strong communication skills, consistently positive, friendly, articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly structured environment and is able to access multiple software systems and other resources simultaneously

• Works under general supervision
