We are working with one of our partner companies in seeking Customer Service/Tech Support Reps in Carmel, IN. We are looking for individuals with dedication and customer service experience.
Job Description:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
Responsibilities will include:

Works in a positive, team oriented, and structured environment

Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls

Provide technical support and customer service to callers

Promote organization’s products and services
Qualifications will include:

Minimum 1 year of customer service call center experience

Experience in technical support preferred

Ability to multi-task

Strong technical aptitude
-
Strong communication skills, consistently positive, friendly, articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, highly structured environment and is able to access multiple software systems and other resources simultaneously

Works under general supervision
