Description
This position is responsible for the development, administration and implementation of programs and partnerships in the following areas: Community/Cultural Services; Disaster Preparedness & Relief; Environment; and International Relations.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
· Manage department operations.
· Manage department projects relating to the development and implementation of International Service programs, seminars, and major events.
· Prepare materials used in decision-making by board of directors; assist in preparation of board committee agendas.
· Oversee Service Activity Report.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Area of study in Communications, International Business, languages or related fields preferred).
· Minimum of 7 years of related experience including 3 years of staff management experience.
· Previous experience with events planning, budget and program development.
· Technical skills to include proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
· Domestic and International Travel required (approximately 15 days annually).
