HCA, Shared Services for Physicians has an immediate opening for the Director of Implementation. As an employee at an HCA-affiliated facility, your potential for achievement, fulfillment and career growth are substantial.
Director of Implementation
Provides direction and oversight of outpatient physician systems deployment, including revenue cycle and ambulatory clinical functionality.
Duties include:
-Process documentation, resource management and planning, managing client expectations, communications, workflow analysis and design, and project coordination across various internal and external resources to achieve the stated goals and schedules.
-Strong ability to lead others in order to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
-Daily interaction with information technology teams, practice management leadership, practice operations, physicians and physician extenders, standards, content management, employed and contracted staff.
-Timeline/project planning and management
-Development of tools to implement strategies, and collaboration with physicians and associates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills across various audiences.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Travel - 25%

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- minimum of 8-10 years of progressive implementation and personnel management experience.
- 5 years or more of revenue cycle and/or clinical system implementation background is preferred
- BS or BA required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The Implementation Director will have demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster teamwork and create enthusiasm within a team.
Functional working knowledge of medical revenue cycle, and general medical, pharmacy, cardiology, laboratory, imaging, and/or surgical environments is required.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated quality improvement, analytical, and implementation skills with regard to revenue cycle and/or clinical processes
Ability to effectively communicate with clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals
Understanding of utilization and productivity in a variety of settings and possess high ethical standards.
