6+ Months onsite contract position. Local candidates

Extensive experience of Avaya Communication Manager, ACD and Call Management System/UNIX
• Seven years or greater experience developing, implementing and supporting Avaya IVR applications on an enterprise level systems
• Solid working knowledge with Solaris, Dialog Designer and VXML
