Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $10.00

Responsibilities:

• Works in a fast paced and high stress environment
• Receives inbound calls from customers
• Answers a wide range of questions
• Assists the customers in a variety of ways
• Maintains and develops relationships with new and current customers
• Maintains a positive attitude in ALL situations
• Adapts to new and changing situations
• Solves customers issues
• Provides accurate and timely information and problem resolution

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Call Center experience
• STABLE JOB HISTORY
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including typing, windows and internet navigation
