- Bachelors degree in HR or related field and 5-10 years of progressive generalist and supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience with Employment Law required and Labor Law preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of positively impacting the work environment.
