Customer Service Supervisor
The APWU Health Plan, a non-profit organization located in Glen Burnie, MD, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our Membership Services Department.
The individual we seek will have recent call center supervisory experience (3+ plus years), extensive health insurance and automated insurance system experience(5+ years), as well as demonstrable motivational, problem solving and communication skills. A college degree is preferred. Successful candidate must be able to meet given objectives for accuracy measurements, meet given standards for volume of telephone calls, administer personnel policies accurately and equitably, and complete assignments/reports on a timely basis. This is a high volume, high pressure environment. Successful candidates must be able to work multiple shifts, to include 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Customer Service Supervisor
The salary for this position is in the mid $40K range. We offer health, dental, vision, & life insurance, 401(K), paid vacation & sick, pension, and tuition reimbursement. No relocation assistance is available, local candidates preferred. Successful candidates must have experience in the health insurance industry performing similar duties and have a stable work history. Must pass a criminal records check prior to employment.
