Description
Head of Corporate Marketing
Job Summary:
Direct the strategy and execution of critical marketing concepts to support our sales force and build our brand.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the corporate website, www.franklincovey.com
- Manage our e-commerce website
- Contribute to the establishment and development of our corporate database
- Work with our regional and global offices to determine global marketing strategy
- Plan and execute with excellence all marketing initiatives and activities
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
- Oversee our creative services team of designers and coordinators
- Is involved in creative direction of marketing pieces.
- Provide ongoing marketing recommendations to support and enhance company strategy.
- Works closely with the PR and Branding teams to ensure consistency of message.
- Creates cohesive, synergistic relationships with General Managers, Client Partners and other stakeholders in the organization globally
Requirements
1. BA /BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field, MBA or equivalent experience.
2. 10-15 years marketing experience preferably in support of sales channels and market segments.
3. Ability to develop strategy and plan implementation of the strategy.
4. Must have strong communication skills and posses the ability to speak and present in public effectively.
5. Clear leadership, motivation, creative and entrepreneurial skills.
6. Strong working knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements and budget creation.
7. A minimum of ten (10) years experience in managing budgets, marketing imperatives, and resources and vendor relationships.
8. Experience in delivering project on time and on budget, without close supervision, through service level agreements.
