Maintenance Team Leader / Technician
Montaplast of North America Inc. is a technological leader supplying the automotive industry with state of the art composite air intake manifolds and highly engineered components. Rapid growth has increased our need to staff our Frankfort, KY. facility.
The successful candidate will be a “Self Directed Safety Conscious" individual who has a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the repair and trouble shooting of Automated Assembly equipment.
Candidate should possess the following skills and abilities:
- Must have 3 to 5 years Supervisory experience in a Maintenance Department
- Ability to implement corrective actions
- Strong mechanical problem solving skills
- Technical knowledge in reading electric and hydraulic blueprints
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Experience and practical application working with PLC driven devices
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to work overtime and weekends is essential to this position
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a “Team Environment"
- Strong ability to thoroughly manage projects from start to finish
- Strong ability to adjust maintenance schedule per changing production requirements
- Strong ability to build rapport with others and lead by example
- Well organized; professional presentation
- Ability to teach, coach, counsel and provide feedback to subordinate team members
